Method

How SADARA works

Leadership is not luck. It is the result of a repeatable method we apply with every brand we work with.

In short

SADARA runs on four stages repeated every ninety days: an analysis that fixes your position in numbers across Google and AI engines, a plan ranked by impact versus effort, measured execution across site, content and off-site presence, then weekly measurement and a monthly review that re-prioritises based on what actually moved. That loop is the difference between a managed visibility programme and marketing activity that depends on luck.

1. Analyse

We scan your site, your competitors and the AI engines, and define exactly where you stand today in numbers.

2. Plan

A 90-day roadmap: pages, keywords, technical fixes and required content, ordered by impact.

3. Execute

We execute with your team or on their behalf: technical work, writing, structured data and off-site presence.

4. Measure

Weekly measurement and a monthly review. What works we double down on; what does not we stop quickly.

Stage one: analysis (weeks 1-2)

We start with three parallel scans. Technical: a full crawl to find what blocks indexing, slows pages or confuses engines. Competitive: who is ahead, on which terms, with which pages. Generative: we run your customers' prompt set against AI engines to learn whether you are cited at all and who is cited instead. The output is a single report answering one question precisely: where do you stand today, in numbers?

Stage two: the plan (weeks 2-3)

We turn the diagnosis into a ninety-day roadmap. Every item carries five facts: what it is, why (which problem it solves or which prompt it targets), expected impact, required effort, and who executes it. Items are ordered by impact-over-effort rather than logical sequence, because a one-day technical fix can outweigh ten articles. The plan is reviewed and approved by you before any execution starts.

Stage three: execution (weeks 3-12)

Execution splits into four parallel tracks: technical fixes on the site, content produced as interlinked clusters rather than scattered articles, structured data and brand entity building, and off-site presence across directories, comparisons and communities. We work with your team or on their behalf, delivering reviewable weekly batches instead of one drop at quarter end.

  • Technical track: crawl, speed and structure fixes
  • Content track: full clusters with a pillar and supporting pages
  • Entity track: structured data and information consistency
  • Off-site track: directories, comparisons, communities

Stage four: measurement and review

A short weekly measurement tracking indexing, impressions and clicks, plus a deeper monthly review comparing what was executed against what moved. We apply a strict rule: what works gets doubled, what shows no effect within sixty days is stopped and replaced. At day ninety we re-run the full scan and build the next quarter's plan on fresh data rather than last quarter's assumptions.

What we need from you

Only three things: access to Search Console (or help setting it up), the ability to change the site or coordinate with whoever can, and a short weekly content review before publishing to ensure product accuracy. The faster the review, the faster the results — approval delays are the number-one cause of slow projects.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an in-house technical team?

No, we can execute end to end. Having an internal team only accelerates results.

When do I see the first tangible result?

Indexing and impression gains in Search Console usually within four to six weeks, long-tail rankings within two to three months, and competitive terms after four to six. Appearing in Perplexity and AI Overviews can come earlier.

Do you work with agencies or directly with brands?

Both. Agencies use the platform to manage multiple clients with unified reporting; brands use it in-house or hand execution to us.

What if my site is brand new?

The order differs: a clean technical base, then a clear brand entity, then content clusters targeting long-tail questions first, then off-site presence. New sites need more patience but start without legacy problems holding them back.

Can I start with just a scan, no commitment?

Yes — the first scan is free and gives you the visibility score, the technical scan and an initial plan. The decision after that is yours.
